This is a 3/2 home. my husband and I are currently staying in one of the bedrooms you will have 2 bedroom 2 bath available for your stay including access to the rest of the home. We love to have guess to share stories with. Our home is tastefully furnished, has a lovely patio and garden to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. You can also have barbecues with family and friends. It is located in the middle of Pembroke Pines, South Florida near Shopping, Malls, and pembroke lakes country club, there is a community pool and tennis one block away The community is quiet, pet and children friendly. It is save for all ages, so the whole family can enjoy bike rides.

I am looking for a private room and a bathroom and mostly looking for 6 months to one year lease.

I clean up after myself, keep my space clutter free. I don’t party and I like to keep to myself.

Is very quiet community and private. Close to the beach, whole foods, gym and express way. Closer to Aventura mall, Aldi supermarket and mid-town, bus stop across the main bisacyne boulevard, 10 minutes to barl harbor shops. publix, more shops.

Just need a place to stay until I move up north or ex leaves whichever comes 1st
