Hello everyone, I am currently looking for somebody to rent the extra room in my home, it's fully furnished, kitchen has cooking wear, coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer etc. bathroom has towels, soap, shampoo, it's usually an Airbnb so you could move in with nothing and have everything you need. it's been completely remodeled, brand new carpet, you will have your own private bathroom with shower conveniently located in your own private room. The kitchen and living room is shared and has also been remodeled. It's a nice clean home, quiet, no parties or drama, we are adults in our late 30s, friendly and chill, respect, communication and kindness... We don't have people over, we keep it quite and clean. The house is your sanctuary, after working all day you will be able to come home and not have to worry about dealing with anybody or anything.. We are looking for someone who is responsible, quiet, clean, chill, and above all else who is kind hearted... $900 a month includes everything, Wi-Fi and cable as well... Month to month...
