I am a responsible and respectful person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. I keep shared spaces tidy and always pay rent on time. I am considerate of others’ privacy and routines. I have children, and we are a calm and family-oriented household. We do not smoke or party, and we respect quiet hours. I believe in open communication and maintaining a positive atmosphere at home. I would treat the property with care and respect, as if it were my own.

Hi! I’m moving from Sheffield after recently completing my graduation. I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful, and I’m really looking forward to starting this new chapter. I’m tidy, responsible with rent and bills, and I value a clean and peaceful home environment. I enjoy socialising and having a chat now and then, but I also respect personal space and downtime. I’m not into heavy partying. I prefer a relaxed, drama-free atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. I’d love to live in a place that feels welcoming and positive, and I’d definitely do my part to contribute to that 😊

I live in a quiet cul de sac within a nice quiet village 20 minutes on the bus from York. Monks Cross shopping park and Vanguard shopping center are close by as is the park and ride bus service. I have a large kitchen looking onto the garden . 3 double bedrooms.Parking is on street. There is a lovely pub in the village which also offers home cooked food. The bus service is very good every 15 minutes. York is a small historic city with lots of museums restuarants and coffee shops please go and explore . It also has a big student population . I like reading , movies and gardening. I also like shopping. I do not host any one under the age of 18 unless with a parent or guardian check in 4pm check out 10 am

Hi, I’m a calm, respectful guy looking for a like-minded male flatmate in Colchester. I’m introverted at home but sociable with the right people. I like a peaceful environment and also enjoy good conversation, shared meals, or the occasional chill social hangout. I’m not into smoking, drugs, heavy drinking, or chaotic living. I prefer a stable, clean, healthy home where both people can work on their goals and build themselves.
