Hi. I'm a working professional person who's looking to find someone to split housing with. I'm responsible and organized. I do have 1 small dog with an ESA Letter. She's a mini schnauzer and well trained.
FYI, Im currently in a 2 bedroom by myself. I have all other appliances and furniture essentials. Ideally, someone can come in and take the spare room with their own bathroom. My current lease ends in December. Feel free to reach out so we can meet and potentially discuss either a joint lease of the existing place or perhaps search for a better place and co lease.
