I’d be a good roomie because I’m respectful and mindful of other people especially people I share a place with. I’m not a big talker but once I get to know someone good I open up. In other words I’m not a Karen or annoying, and open to feedback if doing something you may not like. Also I know how to cook a little bit and I like cooking for others as well! I work full time, train at the gym alot so I’m not home all of the time either.

I am young IT professional from the Czech Republic, heart of Europe. I will be moving to the US in November 2025 to start living my American Dream as a winner of Diversity Visa lottery. I love travelling and experiencing new places. I have already lived abroad for several years in Belgium, Norway, Poland and in China and now I will he happy to find a place to call home in the US. I am quite a calm, peace-minding person, who keeps to himself, no large partying and such (after having several years work as 24/7 shift technician support, it got quite out of me). I have recently earned my bachelor's degree in the International Relations field and I'll might look for continuing of my academic journey in the US for doing master's, however this might take quite time once I settle in the US. My professional background is being an IT specialist, with mainframe middleware technology experience. I have been working in this field for 5 years in the Czech Republic, I had a privilege to work in the IBM Corporation in the past and now I continue working in the Czech branch of US based Kyndryl Holdings company as mainframe middleware specialist. However, as I will be moving out of the Czech Republic, I will need some time in the US to land new employment. As part of my immigration process, I will be (hopefully) granted permanent residence status through a green card, allowing me to access US banking services, establish credit and start working in the country. However, the administrative processing can take a few months after my arrival to the US, therefore I won't be able to present neither green card nor US credit or bank account upon the arrival to the US. I am currently seeking short-term accommodation that would enable me to settle in the US, enabling me to complete necessary paperwork, find a job and maybe join a college to build on my educational experiences by pursuing higher degree of study. As I won't have all documents ready when arriving to the US (Green card, social security number, US bank account nor US credit score), I am prepared to pay upfront for a few months of rent to prove my ability to satisfy my rent obligations.

I'm a Taurus and I'm pretty laid back my dog is a chihuahua and he can be a little nippy whenever he meets people but after he gets to know them he's great I on the other hand don't really have met very many friends or get out much I'm pretty much a homebody. I like to do woodworking and I also work with resin some fluid art and that's really about it I'm working part-time right now and hope to be working full-time after settling down into a place. As a roommate I think that I've got great qualities because I'm easy going and a good listener and I pretty much keep a tidy house. If there's ever a problem just communicate that's all I ask good communication is always key.

I love to get the options I have put in the selection boxes. That is to say that everything I thicked is very important to me and I prefer to see them in the apartment listing that will be displayed. That's not to say I am a conservative but I can be liberal to some extent. However, do not take my simplicity as weakness. Thanks alot.
