My (20) fiance (20) and I are looking for a roommate, we currently have 2, 1 will be gone May 31st. The bedroom will be available June 5th. We work night shift, usually 7 pm to 2 am and we're pretty laid back, and friendly! I try to keep the house pretty clean, we dont have pets or children. It's a warm and inviting 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment complex. If you're interested we'd love to schedule a meet and get you added to our lease if you like our home :) We're close to busses and plenty of shopping centers and dog parks :) we're 420 friendly and animal friendly if you have cute pets! Though our apartment does charge a 200$ deposit (1 time fee) and 25 for pet rent, and they will require a background check. It is a very quiet Estate and could be described as a Retreat yet just 5 minutes to Kierland Commons the biggest shopping and restaurant upscale area of Scottsdale. Also a short drive to West World. South Scottsdale is also very close a ten minute drive. Centrally located to both North and South Scottsdale. My room prices change with the season. Summer rates are lower and winter rates are higher. Snowbirds flock to my area in the winter because it is sunny all the time and they like to avoid their cold climates and the snow. Ask for my season and off season pricing. Please note: * I don't hold a cell phone only a landline phone. My listings are single occupancy. It's geared toward the traveling solo person who wants a quiet and safe stay. No Pets. The coyote population is a risk for animals and I would never want anything to happen to someone's pet.
