This space has separate wifi network for you alone (I have two in the house) and AC/heat controlled for your space only so you can set your own comfort level. Monthly rate includes once a week cleaning including changing out towels and sheets. Private living room, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. Access to shared kitchen with wolf appliances and washer and dryer in the garage. Large back yard, garden, fite pit in a quiet and safe community. My room and office are on the main level on the other end of this large home. I have never heard guests staying upstairs - not even my teen nieces and nephews! It is a very private space of about 800 square feet total. I live in the home with my two small dachshund mixes who are sweet and cuddly. I travel for work and sometimes stay with my partner at his home in the city (he rarely stays here as he has minor children living at home). I am a 52 year old PhD Neuroscientist turned biotechnology executive with a specialty in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease. I swim and hike regularly, practice yoga and am a voracious reader. There is a baby grand piano in the home if you play and two cozy fireplaces. I speak some Spanish As I am a single woman I woud prefer another woman or perhaps a couple. A small dog is welcome if housetrained and friendly with other dogs.
