We will split electricity by the number of people (example if it’s just you and me 50/50) Pros of the property. I am rarely there, Brand new appliances in a renovated kitchen. New flooring throughout the house, Brand new HVAC and duct work, & a large backyard. Conn’s the house is being renovated common areas are livable and mostly completed.
