I am on disability, so, steady and reliable income and will be there a lot which gives security. Grew up in construction and skilled in many aspects, which means, that I can handle most needed repairs for cost of supplies only. Good cook, just not cooking every meal. Most days but not all. I keep a portable hotspot and willing to allow access for coinhabitants. Always willing to do my my part and more to keep the place clean and organized.
